The South Boston Police Department would like to warn citizens of a
rash of vandalisms that has plagued the community over the last several
weeks. According to Chief J. Binner, the department has responded to
several incidents of vehicle vandalisms through several different
neighborhoods within the town. According to Chief Binner officers have stepped up patrol in these  neighborhoods in an attempt to apprehend the subject's involved in the incidents.The South Boston Police Department encourages citizens in these neighborhoods to contact the department with any information regarding suspicious activity at (434) 575-4271. Citizens who wish to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at (434) 575-TIPS. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and
conviction of the subject(s) involved.
