Mr. & Mrs. Derek Toombs

The wedding of Tara Lynn Perrow to Derek Steven Toombs took place on
June 16, 2007.  The couple married beside the pond at their home.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Rose Perrow of Concord.  She is
the granddaughter of Marie Bishop of Concord and the late Ray Perrow of
Concord and the late Georgia Childress of Lynchburg and the late Luther
Moses of Lynchburg. The groom is the son of Steve and Lita Toombs of Saxe and Kevin and  Debra Davis of South Boston.  He is the grandson of Martha Toombs of  Saxe and Earl and Dot Toombs of Saxe, and Thelma Seamster and the late  Elmer Seamster of Nathalie. Haley Torrence, friend of the bride, was maid of honor.  Mandy Toombs,  sister of the groom, Missy Beckford, cousin of the bride, Brandy Perrow  and Karen Perrow, both sisters-in-law of the bride were bridesmaids.   Leah Puckett, step-sister of the groom, served as junior bridesmaid.  Allyson Davis, sister of the groom, and Holly Williams, "honorary Perrow" served as the flower girls.Steve Toombs served as his son's best man.  Clint Mann and Justin Stone, friends of the groom, Michael Perrow and Charlie Perrow, brothers of the bride, and Nick Puckett, step-brother of the groom served as groomsmen.  Hunter Ray Perrow, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer.Tara is a 2001 graduate of Mary Baldwin College with a BA degree in Sociology.  She is employed with Lynchburg Social Services.
Derek is a 2000 graduate of Halifax High School.  He is employed with
Toombs Logging in Saxe.After honeymooning in Tennessee, the couple now resides in Saxe.
