2006 BUSINESS OF THE YEAR — Larry Sneed, chairman of the Chamber of  Commerce Board of Directors, presents the 2006 Business of the Year

award to South Boston Speedway employees Cathy Rice, Helen Barksdale

Flag Company and who serves on the Industrial Development Authority,
the Halifax County Economic Development Council and is a past chairman
