Roderick Windsor has been charged with stealing a an older model dump
truck, belonging to Michael Harris, and selling it to Powell's Salvage.
He was apprehended on Friday, July 20, 2007,  charged with grand
larceny and taken to Blue Ridge Regional Jail by Deputy Seth Bowen.
South Boston Police Officer W. M. Garner had recently received a call
about the missing truck, aqua green in color, having been stolen from
Berry Hill Road. During her investigation she discovered that Windsor
had gone onto the property of Harris and removed the truck, hauling it
to the salvage yard here he was paid an undisclosed amount of money for
it.
