Halifax County deputies are investigating two recent break-ins. The
theft of a hard X-Treme 26 inch black and blue mountain bike taken
from a cdarport at the home of Michael Coates on Loveshop Road, South
Boston is being ivnestigated by Deputy Sam Gilliam.
Deputy Craig Spencer is investigating a complant made by Anita Carden
of Ashcake Creek Road, Scottsburg on Sunday, October 21 where the
basement door of the rental property was kicked in and copper wire and
the inside of an outdoor heat pump taken.
