Fifteenth District State Senator Frank Ruff announced late last week that he has decided to seek re-election to the State Senate. He said that after consulting with his family and many of his constituents, he made the decision to run again for the seat which he has held since 2000.
“I have sought from day one to be a strong, commonsense conservative voice for the people of Southern Virginia,” he said. “While much has been accomplished, there are many challenges and opportunities that still lay ahead in order to make our area an even better place to live, work and raise a family.
“I am excited and honored to be our voice in Richmond and that is why it is my intention to announce my candidacy officially in the coming weeks in events around the district,” Ruff concluded
