BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT — The South Boston Garden Club identified an

area at the entrance into the Town of South Boston which was created by

the widening of U.S. Hwy. 360 that lacked any landscaping. This expanse of bare ground was the first thing that travelers saw when entering into town.
