Jean Fallen Lloyd

Jean Fallen Lloyd, 69, of 1174 Lennig Road, Nathalie died Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born in Halifax County on December 21, 1940, a daughter of the late Richard Fallen and Homie Estelle Crews Fallen. She was married to the late Addie Godfrey Lloyd and was a member of Childrey Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Amy L. Clem and husband Randy, and Wendy L. Fisher and husband Michael, all of Nathalie; two sisters, Shirley Hunter and Carolyn Tuggle, all of Brookneal; three brothers, Dickie Fallen of Halifax, Ricky Fallen and Robert Fallen of Brookneal; four grandchildren, LeAnne Clem, Allison Clem and Zachary Clem and Mason Fisher. She was preceded in death by one son, Randy Allen Lloyd and one sister, Wanda Gayle McMaster.

Funeral services will be held today at 11:00 a.m. at Childrey Baptist Church with Pastor Jerry Stanfield officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Halifax Regional Hospice, 2204 Wilborn Avenue, South Boston, VA 24592.
