Worship service at Scottsburg UMC opened with the prelude “Come, Christians Join to Sing” played by Lee Snead. Call to worship was “He Is Lord” by the choir. Rev. Doug Sasser had welcome remarks, announcements, prayer and led the responsive reading from Psalm 16. Hymn of praise was “Sweet Hour of Prayer.” Rev. Doug read I Samuel 2: 1-10 and had joys and concerns, pastoral prayer and the Lord’s prayer. Call to prayer was “Thank You Lord” by the choir. Offertory hymn was “Only Believe.” Ushers were Tim and Eric Snead. Choir anthem was “It Is Well With My Soul.” Rev. Doug read Hebrews 10 and youth message was “Observing the Speed Limit - Keeping Laws on Our Forehead and Written on Our Hands.” Hymn of preparation was “Nothing But the Blood.” Rev. Doug read Mark 13: 1-8 and his message was “Going to the Temple and Praying.” Closing hymn was “Have Thine Own Way.” Benediction was “Threefold Amen.” Tim Snead was acolyte.

Doug read Hebrews 10 and led the Apostles Creed. Hymn of preparation was “Nothing But the Blood.” Rev. Doug read Mark 13: 1-18 and his message “Going to the Altar and Praying.” Closing hymn was “Have Thine Own Way Lord.” Benediction was “God Be With You Till We Meet Again.” Susan Caddy was acolyte.

The object of this suit is to set up and establish a fully executed copy of the Will of Joseph Daniel Crawley, Jr. as and for the Last Will and Testament of said Joseph Daniel Crawley, Jr.; Testator, and admit same to probate in the Circuit Court of Halifax County, Virginia.
It appearing from an Affidavit that Angela C. McFadden is a non-resident individual, whose last known address is 2079 Matt Way, Dayton, Ohio 45424 and that the whereabouts of Horace Crawley, Jr. is unknown and that due diligence has been used by Plaintiff, Elaine C. Reaves, to ascertain in what County or City Horace Crawley, Jr. the above named Defendant is, without effect, and that there are, or may be other persons, who, as heirs, devisees, assigns, successor in title, creditors or otherwise of Horace Crawley and Horace Crawley, Jr., who are or may be interested in the subject matter to be disposed of in this action whose names, ages and addresses are unknown and who are proceeded against by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN.
It is ORDERED that the Defendants, Horace Crawley, Jr., Angela C. McFadden and Parties Unknown appear on or before June 29, 2011 in the Clerks Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing parts of this ORDER be published once a week for four successive weeks in The News & Record, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Halifax, Virginia, and that a copy of this ORDER be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held; and that a copy of this Order be mailed to the Defendants at the address shown by the aforesaid Affidavit.
