Members of the Halifax County Public Works Department will permanently
remove four green boxes this week. Their removal will be completed by
Friday, February 22, 2008.
The boxes which are scheduled for removal are located at:
* Elmo Store (Route 659/Route 662)
* Watson Equipment (Route 688)
* Paces (Route 658)
* Mercy Seat (Route 658/Route 686)
Area residents should use the Convenience Center located on Route 659
in the News Ferry community. Anyone having questions can contact Ricky
