Pepper Relish
12 green peppers
12 red peppers
6 onions
2 cups sugar
3 cups vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Grind peppers and onions. Scald with boiling water. Let stand 5
minutes. Drain well in colander. Put in large pot with other
ingredients. Boil 20 minutes. Taste. Adjust seasonings. Seal.
