Mexican Wedding Cakes
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 stick soft butter
3 tablespoons 4x sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Powder sugar, for coating after baked
Mix ingredients by hand. Roll into small balls. Bake in 300 degree
oven for 30 minutes. Do not brown. Put in bag with powdered sugar
and
shake to coat well. Make balls about the size of marbles.
