Green Tomato Pie
3 c. sliced green tomatoes, drained well
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tablespoons grated lemon rind
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix ingredients with tomatoes. Put in unbaked pie crust. Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust. Cut vents. Bake 40 minutes in 400 degree oven.
