Watergate Cake

1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding

1 white cake mix

3 eggs

1 cup oil

1 cup club soda (or any light soda)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Beat all ingredients.  Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.  Bake in 350

degree oven for 30-40 minutes.  Cool.  Frost.

 

Watergate Frosting

2 envelopes whipped topping mix

1 small pkg. pistachio pudding

1 1/4 cups cold milk

Mix.  Beat 2-3 minutes.  Spread on cake.  Sprinkle with nuts.

 

While eating green you might as well serve this.
