Vegetable Casserole
2 oz. diced pimientos
1/2 celery chopped
1/2 onions chopped
1 16 oz. can of French cut green beans, drained
1 16oz. can shoe peg corn
1/2 cup of sharp cheese, grated
1 can of celery soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 stack of Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup of butter
Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Put in a greased 9x13
dish. Combine crackers and melted butter. Put on top. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes,
