Petite Ham and Cheese Biscuits
1 (11 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham or use country ham finely chopped
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Arrange in 2 greased 8 inch round cake
pans. Mix ham and butter. Spread on biscuit pieces. Sprinkle cheese
on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and you have 40 appetizers.
