1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients.
Add alternately to creamed mixture with sour cream. Lastly add
vanilla. In a 10 inch bundt pan, spray or grease thoroughly. Sprinkle
three tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour half of
batter. Spread jellied cranberry sauce. Cover with rest of batter.
Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes. Invert on platter as soon as it comes
from oven.
